The professional pastry chef course is aimed at all those who love the world of pastry, amateurs and professionals regardless of age. The course is totally practical and allows you to acquire all the basics and techniques necessary to grow personally, to perfect yourself or to become professionals in this sector by investing in your professional future. The course includes 9 weeks of theoretical and practical lessons in which students will be able to learn all the main basics of pastry making.
The aim of the course is to get to know the raw materials, use professional equipment and machinery, learn how to manage the work independently, from the production to the conservation of the final products to the storage of the products themselves. The decorations and presentations of the dishes form the backdrop.
The strength of our Academy certainly concerns the maximum number of participants, which is only 6 people. This allows us to follow the evolution of each individual student step by step, guaranteeing quality and high level skills. During the course simulations of work situations will be carried out in order to verify and constantly monitor the correct training and competence within a pastry brigade.
