Our course has been carefully studied and developed on the basis of the necessary requirements required to have direct access to the world of cooking, and this is why our training courses have very specific characteristics:
Maximum 6 participants
Our classes are open to a maximum of 6 participants, with this method each student has a fundamental and effective role within the lessons.

The theory is put into practice
The theory is put directly into practice, thus having immediate feedback on how the two fundamental aspects of the course come together: how something should be done and how it is done in reality.
Equipped professional laboratory
The lessons take place in a fully equipped professional laboratory, used exclusively for training and not for other complementary activities, in order to carry out all the topics of the course in a quiet environment and with the time necessary to complete every single aspect of the lesson.
Our students are accompanied from the beginning of the course by constant and present tutoring from our staff, both during lessons and in moments of practice outside our academy, in order to be able to replicate the preparations made during lessons in safety and with an ever-present point of reference for any doubt or uncertainty.
At the end of the course we have the opportunity to start a customized internship for each student based on their qualities and characteristics, in order to place each student in work structures in a very short time. From 2013 to today, in fact, every person who has attended our courses has found work in structures of any level.
