Our Summer Campus is a project aimed at all small kitchen and pastry enthusiasts who want to experience an experience in a professional kitchen, Followed by our highly qualified teachers.
Lessons take place at our facility, located in Via Lippo Memmi, on the second floor of Raveggiano Palace.
During the Campus you will be given various recipes, strictly hand-made by the participants: appetizers, appetizers, fresh handmade pasta, second courses, cakes and biscuits.
At the end of each lesson, tasting of prepared dishes is planned.
